Engineered wood panels known as Plain Particle Board are created by compressing and joining wood fibers or particles with a synthetic resin adhesive.These boards are plain and untreated, featuring a smooth, unrefined surface without any decoration.
The wood particles used in the production of basic particle boards can vary in size and shape, ranging from larger flakes to fine, sawdust-like fragments. Usually, these particles come from a variety of wood sources, including wood chips, sawmill refuse, and recovered wood fibers. A resin adhesive is added to the particles and dispersed equally throughout the mixture.
High pressure and heat are applied to the wood particle and resin mixture throughout the manufacturing process, which causes the resin to fuse the particles together. This produces a solid, dense panel that is uniformly thick and dense throughout.
